If you would like to use this service you will need to come to the practice with proof of identification, eg. driving licence or utility bill.  A user name and password will be generated for you.  Once logged in, we suggest that you change the password to something you can easily remember!

By Telephone

Appointments can be made by phoning 0114 2291686.

Nurse Practitioner

Our nurse practitioner is available to see for minor ailments most mornings. She works at Carterknowle surgery and sees patients on a same day appointment basis. Please ask at reception for details.

Carterknowle Surgery

Surgeries are operated on an appointment system, with a mixture of both same day and pre-booked appointments.  Pre-booked appointments can be booked up to 1 month in advance.  Appointments can be made either over the phone or in person at reception.

There will normally be two doctors and a nurse practitioner taking surgeries at Carterknowle during the morning and three doctors and a nurse practitioner in the evening. Even so, you may experience a wait – please be a patient patient!  Should you wish to see a particular doctor, it may be wise to telephone the surgery first to find out when he/she will be taking surgeries, however the practice cannot guarantee that you will be able to see a doctor of your choice on that day.

Dore Surgery

Dore surgery runs on an appointment basis and consulting times may be subject to change – please phone for an appointment.
